just came back from vacation, i had saw the messages, i had hit refund which usually is instant but in your case wasn't, in fact i had sent you message with screenshot and asked you if your paypal was verified coz i found it odd to not get refund instant.
when i got some internet i asked if you wanted me to send money manually coz for some reason refund cancelled and obviously the person that hit refund cannot do it.
anyways now i am back and i will take care of this!

Not going to get into an argument, but your after service is appalling. I have many messages that have never been replied to. Even if you check the message i sent 2 days ago about your API i still havnt got a reply yet. I was onto Paypal and they said that you cancelled the refund, i sent a message last week if you could send it from your balanace as your refund wasnt working and again youve sent the same way which isnt working,., anyway im not getting into a debate here and will leave it

but lets take it 1 by 1, yesterday when i reply here i hit refund, so as far as money concerned the refund given...
second, when someone hit refund he doesn't have any other option, so the option to cancel as you said is literaly non existent, even in the rare case that take 1-2 days for the money to arrive into your paypal again there is no option to cancel because paypal withholding for moneylaundry so again there is no option to cancel from the time that the refund button is pressed.
and I SUGGESTED 10 days ago that hey: if it takes too long let me send you the 30 not as refund but from my account which means you could get the 30 and then go and DISPUTE the other 30 but as i said i am not here to take someones money i believe on what i do and in order someone to get results he need to be consistent.
Let's forget the refund and talk about the time it takes for you to reply then? You say you have 500 messages to check, maybe its too much for you? Not having a go, but i was waiting over a week for a reply to some messages, and this isnt good customer service imo. (still waiting on a reply to a message i sent on Monday).
you asked me something related to API. as you know i was considering to build a tool and everybody load their bookie account and when i place the bet everybody get the same bet instantly placed in their account, essentially people would sit back and get money...
this is not small project, neither to me is free, AND i would PAY the developer from my pocket for a custom tool...
if and when is ready i will update the group at the end of the day i am going above and beyond for my clients.
as i said the week you were waiting i was on vacation sooooo nobody got a reply....
