@Razmatazz13: Thank you, Raz, for your post. I received comments in my REPS stats from a few people who said my instructions helped. I've come to accept that the vast majority here will glean whatever value they can, then disappear into the digital ether --- until they WANT or NEED something. That's the only time they post anything. But I'm trying to convince myself that I'm here for those who are willing to contribute towards making this an active, thriving community.
I can't say for sure but I'll bet most of those who didn't get the download initially did not follow the instructions in the OP. We'll never know because people don't like to admit they erred but the least they can do when posting issues with a share is to expound on what it is they did so someone can come along and help them.
