I've downloaded, scanned it with Avast AV and have not detected anything.
I'm currently using it now and it works very well.

While this software seems the real deal I am having no luck in working through the different steps to follow. SERP rocket and rocket analyzer work fine but using the PR crusher is constantly asking for a captcha to be solved and the explanation I get is the this might be because the software I am using violates google's terms and conditions. Are others facing the same problem and if so does anyone have a solution?

No such issues here.
I've only been asked to fill in captcha once and thats it.
Maybe try other keywords or close other similar programs using google search as it might think you are attempting to spam the servers and force the captcha entering.
Only complaint I have with this program is you really have to babysit it for it to do its job but other than that, it's a pretty simple and effective program.
using this now...so far i love it!
Also good thing i have Avast ...it constantly blocks malicious URLs...

This does everything except from posting comments!
It just gets stuck at that and never posts anything!

Like I mentioned, it needs some baby sitting to do what its supposed to do.
After it posts a comment, you have to click the skip to next button.
If no comment appears, just take a random comment copy and paste and submit it manually, then click next.
Occasionally, its capable of submitting on its own.
Still, it provides really good comments which can be used for other programs.
Its also more convenient than typing and posting manually yourself.
