Asking again, does this involve using other peoples real identity like SSN, name, dob for the VCC or paypal or? Because that could be illegal.

The VCC/PayPal is made with real people's bank info and they could get in trouble if google's collection team is on way to recover the spent amount? And google can easily track VPS IP, domain registar to track, correct?

Please correct me if I am wrong.
