You do get the included wp theme or fanpage optimize press or whatever he calls it. I haven't tested it yet so I don't know if it needs to be nulled.
However other than the videos you get on how to install the theme and create a fanpage, and a brief mention of why you should outsource this method, there really isn't much else.

You don't get any other niches except these three, you have to figure out to get the leads (browse this forum you'll find many methods), and he doesn't show you or tell you what to say to close the clients who call you back and how you will get paid.

Maybe he will address this on his customer only webinar, but for now hope the voice-mail method at least helps you out.
