i am assuming you have the products to promote? are they unique? what's your profit margin? 10% is so low that's not even worth it unless the products are $100+. if you can't bring that up to at least 30% i doubt you will get a taker or someone who has put in the work to be an expert in etsy and marketing just for 10%. that's wishful thinking.....
