Good morning!
You can make your life easier by learning to trust God. We rarely allow ourselves to trust each other. Maybe your trust has been abused in the past or maybe you are a very independent person. Even so, it is important to learn to trust God.
We are exhausted and burned out so quickly because we try to regulate our lives ourselves. But that doesn't work. God's plan is always better than our own. Those who trust God know that their way is the best.
Trust does not arise overnight. It grows when we take steps in faith and experience God's faithfulness. You should resist doubt, fear, uncertainty, or perhaps your strong urge for independence so that you can live a life full of trust in God. Then you no longer have to struggle to regulate your life yourself.
Trusting God brings supernatural calm into our souls and enables us to live simply and freely as God wants us to. So trust him, even if it doesn't make sense, and you will experience his freedom and calm.
Prayer: God, your ways are better than mine. I know that there is no use in trusting my own strength. I decide to put my trust in you, even if some things don't make sense to me. Thank you for realizing your plans with me. Amen
