That kind of Interiors are easy to make and if you don't want to create it yourself there is free tools that generate that kind of no and low content like

Hi, Kimberly007 the password was to open the .RAR files after downloading the password I am looking for is the one for the PDF files as they are all password locked unless I am missing something from the download files?
