The course is about getting free Facebook traffic using your personal profile(phase 1), very useful if you can not afford FB advertising.
The entire course has 3 phases.
Phase 1 is the "free organic traffic phase".
Each step is described in detail starting with the very basics beginning with setting up your profile and then growing your network.
If you're already using Facebook (I am sure almost everyone who reads this must be) then you will find the first few videos very boring. But when he moves on to groups, there might be a few new things that you may learn depending on how extensively you use groups for your business or just to find information that you need.
Quite honestly whether you're looking for gardening tips or different ways to cure dry eyes, you will find more information in Facebook groups that on any website or book online.
The section on how to accept friend requests is itself very in-depth describing what you need to look for, in order to grow your network for business purposes. It is things like this that show that the creator knows what he is talking about.
I do not use Facebook Stories much, so naturally I found it educational when he shows how to do interactions with the help of the Stories feature. Then he moves on to how to post content on your timeline and in stories, groups and free resources you can use to source images, and create and edit new ones.
Then comes the messaging modules which includes 4 videos showing different messaging strategies to use, how to PM new friends and how to respond - all done with the aim of promoting your offer.
There's also a section titled "daily action plan and checklist" with a PDF and an excel sheet for those who would like to proceed in an organized manner. The final video in Phase 1 shows how to clean up your friends list to make it more targeted and profitable.
Phase 2 is the "traffic scale up phase" and has 5 videos in it. Includes solo ads - showing places that you can get solo ads, finding good sellers, how to use Clickmagick, activating tracking pixels, and the most important step, improving conversions.
The final part, Phase 3, is about content marketing with 5 videos - identifying the target market, finding topics, creating content and sharing + distribution.
The entire course is very detailed and step-by-step, which makes it extremely beginner friendly. You do need some writing skills though even if it means creating short useful posts on Facebook, or communicating with people through messages. If your best content on the internet consists of standalone comments like "thanks for the share" or "awesome post" then this course will do nothing for you.
Truth be told, you actually need to be making good posts on your own profile and in groups so that people clearly see the value that you're providing which in turn makes them look at what you might be promoting later on your profile or through messages.
The first phase consisting of Facebook training is enough to get you going and could be profitable if followed for the long-term. It is not a get-rich-quick method and takes time, several weeks or a few months actually before you can see people buying what you promote.
The solo ads training is pretty decent although finding good sellers is getting harder by the day. Getting good conversions through solo ads takes some experience and may not be profitable initially.
Conclusion:
The course lives up to its promise of "unlimited, converting, laser targeted traffic" but needs work to be done, and is by no means easy or passive. I can attest to the fact that several online marketers make a good living using this as one of their main methods of earning online.
The content could have been made a bit more interesting through a few more examples and demos instead of plain black slides through most of the course. But whenever needed he does show you the steps on the actual site like tracking pixels on Clickmagick, so it shouldn't bother you much.
Don't go by the creator's accent, name or whatever else you personally find most important in a course - remember, you're there to find value for yourself and not to pre-judge the creator based on your personal criteria.
If you watch videos in an IM course expecting to find someone like Robert Downey Jr. or Scarlett Johansson and come back after the first video with comments trashing the entire course and how you hate the Hispanic, Asian, Australian or whichever accent the creator is speaking in, then you're best suited to working in the local McDonalds or deli in your hometown where you will never have a problem because almost everyone will be speaking like you.
+5 reps to Ricky p. Thanks for the great review.
