From all of his videos he cold calls the business owners from what I can tell however he does have very good outcomes from doing this on his videos in terms of setting appointment and closing deals with them as well. I can point you to his videos if you'd like to see them as well. All you'd do is search maurice gear on youtube and his channel will pop up thats the creator of this course.
