Great shared! Reps added.
I wonder how many of the almost 12,000 people who signed up for this 8 hour course managed to complete at least a significant portion of it. I'm curious about your experiences if you completed any part of it.

I completed some of it. So far, it seems like he promotes tricking yourself to do things that you should compared to things you should avoid.

Example of avoiding chocolate candy and potato chips and eating apples instead. You would hide the chocolate candy and potato chips and make sure fruits are easily accessible and preferably right in front of you. I tried this and still found a way to eat the chocolate!! He also suggested keeping apples nearby to avoid the chocolate and now I am eating chocolate and apple pie too! The apples are still there. The plus of this is that the kitchen has a good apple aroma now.

answer to Grayhat007:

In the course, Walker suggested a method to change the habit of eating things like chocolate candy and potato chips into a habit of eating fruits. I tried this method. I experienced two results:
(1) I now eat apple pie in addition to chocolate and potato chips - less than desirable result
(2) The kitchen has the aroma of apples - I like this

I wanted to know if anyone else tried something from the course and what results they experienced.

I have not. Only registered for later .... :)

Buuutt: there is a solution for you:

DONT BUY Chocolate and bring it home to your kitchen,
so you will have NO Chocolate at home to eat!

Simple.... but not easy ;)
