It's a WordPress theme, so there's no EXEs in the .ZIP to begin with.
The them was made available to people for PLR. I got it from the AmaSuite bonus folder. I don't know the status of the theme doing callbacks, but I think it's not likely. However, do your own diligence. I've not installed the them just yet.
