I don't know how many of you are in to iThemes and their Builder theme, but it's pretty handy sometimes. You can find all the info here:
First you need to install the initial builder pack, and than after that just upload the subthemes. There are several subthemes, but I uploaded the ones which I personally like.
The main Builder which you need is here:

It would take a while to virustotal them all, but they are all clean and you can scan them by yourself via the download links which are in the folder above
