* Yes, as it titled, the guide explains the web development business.
* It covers all the required tips for the business.
* Great ideas to selling websites without depending on the sites like flippa etc.
* Even those techniques help to get clients not only for this business, but you can also apply the same for other business projects.

Is it really possible to earn $10k a month from this guidance?
Yes, if you're an action taker. If you sincerely try, you can start earning hundreds in the first months and can reach thousands of dollars in a few months

What make me buy your course is the corporate aspect you said you are teaching. That line make me think that you are teching how to get corporate client but this guide is not about that at all. I mean the part that is about finding client look motre like freelancing job than anything else.

So based on this that why I give the pdf a mere 5/10

In a 21 pages PDF the author teach you how / where to find and personalize with basic coding html site. From image to menu he does a good job explaining how to achieve this.

He also give fews way to find and acquiers clients. Again, I dint find anything new here.

If you are in Webdesign already .. then you probably know all this.

From your perspective, it looks like my ebook is teaching how to create ordinary websites from scratch, which is not.

Instead you get A BLUEPRINT to access and properly create professional and beautiful websites within several categories, from one of the MOST POPULAR website themes and templates company in the business, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, WITHOUT TOO MUCH EFFORT AND WITHOUT SPENDING A DIME.

For the monetization part, it's true it's not something new indeed. But if you follow the steps and put in the required work I'm pretty sure you will see results, it doesn't matter if you are a pro or a beginner.
