Yes, we do have a link to FB.
You shouldn't have to worry about that as we have hundreds of products, and not that many users as we're brand new.
Even with an insane competition, the winner is the one who brings the most traffic to the offer. If you know how to do that, you don't have to worry about the competition.

Can't comment on this from a customer's perspective.

If you own the e-commerce store, then you just need to have all the terms and conditions on the page in case of refunds, to be able to prove that you're right and the customer is wrong.
