It's basically ranking review videos on Youtube to make affiliate commissions by buying video boost gigs on Fiverr (interactions, likes and comments) so you get free traffic for review videos.
Trouble is each gig costs $25.
Why would I spend $25 per video to do it? I'd go and buy 100 guaranteed targetted solo ads clicks and cut all the work away.

yes you are correct ,only create review video and landing page to create list

It comes down to personal preference... is with anything else.
YouTube videos have huge potential to bring you a steady flow of traffic to your landing page(s) days, weeks, months, even years down the road - although it may take a while to rank.
Solo ads give you almost instant results but its only one time.
