1. Main guide
2. A birds eye view as the OP called it - in other words some of his accomplishments and going into further details on some concepts.
3. Case study - well it is good sort of gray hat
4. Case study - very blackhat - not illegal though
Totally round 100 pages
Very informative and long guide - lot of covered stuff. It can just take it from newbie on a subject to a pro. All the steps are outlined and not a lot of fluff
Nicely explained everything,everyone can understand - one thing I would suggest OP improve is some screenshots ( however a lot of things can be solved by simple googling ).
Second guide
It is quite informative but is hard to apply it if you are just starting out - but is beneficial to read it
Case study - method 1 ( easy to implement )
I did not have any experience with bots and messengers or memberships but I liked this method - it is straightforward and you can make a following on this as you do it right. Also it is quite easy to find materials and articles for free on forums

I have seen some youtubers and bloggers do this , however there is a twist on a messenger.Not sure if I will give it a try as it is related to betting/sport betting ( you do not spend on bets - your followers are spending by paying you for forecasts) .
Overall Review:
Generally this guide is very good and informative to everyone , i would definitely try and work on it soon , however as the author mentioned it is hard work abut there is a lot of opportunities and money to be made especially with the raising off social media and bots
To sum it up:
There will be some investment needed - around 75 to 100 dollars. It will take time to implement to find the niche and set this all up
