There is a button underneath that verbiage that you have to click and it's free. It worked for me and my account is set up and ready to go.
P.S. It looks like this service uses Mailchimp for it's API so be careful not to go crazy and send everything and anything lest you get your account shut down.
the problem is SMPT any software can send but without SMPT is useless, mailchimp or sendgrid sucks they shut down accounts fast , any solution?
