Does the Gb offer allow to offer this to unlimited clients, as it looks like we can only do this for our own personnal sites and would need agency level to offer to clients.. thanks!

So I just contacted support at ADAComply 2.0.

Here was my question;
If I purchase ADAComply 2.0 FE and OTO1/Pro can I sell this service to unlimited clients.

Thank You for the feedback, if You get version 2.0 You will need all the upgrades from version 2.0 aswell

Here is what You miss if You don't upgrade the upsell:

Pro
- Perform unlimited searches in a month
- Run unlimited compliance checks per month
- Unlimited websites with v2 features

Agency
- Ability to customize pdf reports with their branding
- Updated marketing assets

Extra Agency Kits
Updated marketing materials plus the new bonuses.

Reseller
Ability to create v2 accounts

So, I dont think they understood what I was asking so I sent another question in to clarify:

So in order to offer my clients an ada compliant site I would have to have OTO2 and OTO3/ agency levels or
can I offer my clients an ada compliant site if I only purchase FE and OTO1 Pro, which is unlimited sites.

It sounds that way from your conversation with their support.
However, I had a look at their sales pages again and on the Pro Upgrade page, it says this:

"Unlimited Access To Lead Gen App and Unlimited Reports - With the pro version of v2, you will have unlimited access to the brand new and full blown Lead Generation App that finds Websites that are not compliant yet.

Version 2.0 PRO also gives you UNLIMITED access to the website analyzation app that analyzes any website you like and then create a slick report with everything that the website is lacking.

You can then email this report to your prospect and it will help you land
clients quickly."

So, I'm wondering what use the Lead Gen App to find non-compliant websites with, would be, if we couldn't sell them the service with just the Pro (OTO1) upgrade.

It sounds like their support don't understand simple questions, or don't know what they're selling. The sales site is not coded properly either.

I'm still 'in' though. ;-)

4) Regarding generating compliance report in PDF and sending to prospects, that forms part of Pro version and not agency. And all my buyers get access to that feature too.
