I, personally don't need to view those reasons as I got the only 1 that I need via personal experience:
Godaddy Now Totally Sucks !!!

They were good a few years back, but then jacked UP their prices while slashing their support services and spamming users endlessly with krap.
I would still avoid GoDaddy even if I needed that $1 .COM deal lol

you're right about that, even the $1 dollar domain becomes pricey at renewal. Crazy pricing at godaddy these days. There's much better alternatives in the market but I believe godaddy is reaping the early-mover benefits in this market. Also, their UI is very friendly and easy to use for most people.
Important Update:

On May 4, 2020, GoDaddy, one of the world’s largest website hosting providers, disclosed that the SSH credentials of approximately 28,000 GoDaddy hosting accounts were compromised by an unauthorized attacker.

You can find full details and guidance HERE on the Wordfence blog.
I probably used GoDaddy once and that would be my first and last time. I would either go to namecheap or bluehost although I think bluehost they make you pay for 2 years for the domain you register instead of yearly.
I agree. Used to use godaddy, switched to namecheap and never looked back.
Godaddy isn't what it used to be so it is becoming a total waste of money. Bluehost is a much better and reliable alternative in my experience.
im using it and love it - most of the shit on that video is BS lol
To each their own...
After all - there's something for everyone and not everyone has the same high standards for support and such.
