I see now. So what you are selling basically is monthly trial accounts that will inevitably become invalid after the trial period is finished (supposedly one month) and you will have to "renew" the account. That is, in principle this could be done by myself but buying it from you saves me the trouble of renewing monthly. So basically what you are telling me is that these accounts require "maintenance". The question is who maintains them. Now, clarify please, will I have to tell you every time (month) that it has expired and does not let me login so that you will "renew" the trial or will you do it automatically without me having to tell you every time and I will have an uninterrupted service (login) ?
2nd question: Can you provide a second contact with you besides BBF PM? You know sites may fail to work or anything and I need to make sure I will have contact with you whatever happens, so having your email or Skype contact would be ideal, also to be able to communicate you that the account has expired.
Note: I see that you wrote above "So if and when your NF ends, then just message or ping me and I will reupgrade it on the same account. It is as simple as that." which in part answered my question above, but, my question then is if, since you know that the account will expire because it's a trial, if you could automatically renew without me having to contact you and tell you.

And let me respond by saying that, the user wants a netflix kind of experience for this price which he ain't gonna get. I have explained that when the account goes to free, he will be upgraded on the same account. But he kept insisting he wants it for a long time and I said that is not possible and if he does, he should simply get it from Netflix.

From then I just decided he is not the right fit for me and one of those that will demand he gets it for a long time without hassles and I have told him I do not wish to sell to him.

I have over 35 BSO's here and have a stellar reputation and most know my reputation. I have always helped clients. But when I suspect some clients are too much to deal with to make a few $ then I decide it is not worth keeping that client. Every once in a way I get clients like that and I simply say no to them.

I have many users using this service and they do realize for what they pay it is a minor inconvenience when it goes to free and all they do is ping me and I re-upgrade it and they know they are getting a deal of a price other than NF.

So understandably he was upset but I would rather not deal with clients like this who has high expectations of what the service needs to be. And he ain't gonna get any NF service anywhere working for a long time unless it was a cracked account which this is not. So Good luck to him finding something like this.

I don't like when people lie and your are lying. I never insisted that I wanted an account that will work for a long time and anyone that reads our conversation in the PM can clearly see that I never told you I want only an account that will last long and nothing else. I was asking you questions about how you recover the account and what I get, how I was supposed to get the account validated again and if it was possible to get it automatically without me contacting you. But when I asked you too much, you didn't like it. And you straight away, without giving me any chance to evaluate your offer, and just because I asked too much, you said you didn't want to sell to me. Read the PMs in detail. I never said what you said that I will only accept an account that will work long. You just stopped all the conversation by telling me you assume I would be a client that causes trouble. How can you assume that because I asked you 2-3 questions about the way you operate to provide me the service? I did not ask you anything of your secrets or to tell me how you do it, just simple questions such as if I was going to use the same access login and if you could do it without me having to contact you to let you know that the account stopped working.
So, you cannot lie to people here when all the conversation and what was being asked from you is written and posted for all to read.
Too late anyway. I already found someone with some more reasonable ways to do business without feeling attacked by questions asked by the client. And you know what, this person is also selling me a Netflix account that requires a monthly renewal. But I could ask him 7 questions and he did not react the way you did. Learn psychology if you want to sell !
Maybe you are lucky enough to find buyers that will give you the money without asking anything or without finding out if what you sell is worth the money you are asking for. This is not a question of cheap or expensive. This is a question of is it worth what you pay for or not. Others may pay you without thinking much. Not me

You have clearly said what you said and then saying I lied. Hmm nice try.

And I have clearly explained to you hows its done. Not everyone will tell you hows its done but I did. I was being transparent with you and I felt you would be a problematic customer. So thats that. I have sold enough and have a great reputation here but sometimes you do get potential clients and sometimes I refuse as a result. You take it how you want but I service my clients well and have never let them down. Anyway I am dont responding. Good luck with your new provider :)
