I is Not nulled but it is clean and without viruses or malware in scripts. I will update how to null it by yourself.

I've heard good things about Avada from a couple of bloggers. If you can share the procedure for nulling, that would be great.

To null it you have to install it from the zip file as normally you do with any theme.
After you install it, you have to change 1 file that is responsible for activation. This file's name is "class-fusion-product-registration.php". You can find it in this directory: \wp-content\themes\Avada\includes\lib\inc. Just delete this file from the server and replace with this: http://www.mediafire.com/file/tawzz57n2j...n.php/file

That file is original file from an old AVADA theme, then I have modified only 2 rows just to bypass activation. I use the file from old version because that can be bypassed, and works very well with latest version. Also after this bypass you can import the demo content. BUT that is no problem if you don't want demo so just install the original theme without any changes on it.
