Lets get started

STEP#1

First you will need a VPN connected to a US IP. If you dont have a vpn try Hotspot shield or Tor or another free VPN or even a US proxy but I reccomend a vpn.

STEP #2

Next you are going to open your web browser and enter this url http://www.twilio.com

Click on get FREE API KEY

***For a email use a real email outlook, gmail or hotmail.***

Open a second browser tab and enter this url: http://www.fakenamegenerator.com

Sign up using information from fakenamegenerator website. Choose JAVA in language !!!!

STEP #3

Now for mobile number you will have to verify luckly you can get passed this with a text now app or a pinger website you can even use your real phone number you only have to do this once to register. After verification a project window will apear.

STEP #4

Choose - Templates

Then choose phone numbers. Give any name to your template and skip all the other steps.

STEP #5

Once your project is created click on phone numbers, click select country, then search.
Here is where you are picking your phone number. Click on any number that is displayed and click the BUY option dont worry you dont have to buy anything this is free

Click set up number, Your done you just got your first number with callings sms and mms

Your done you now have access to unlimited phone numbers with sms, mms and phone
calling.

To repeat this method just release your number and "BUY" another number. That is how
you can create unlimited !

I did my own VT scan and it did come up as no engines detected.

I did notice in the 'Details' tab of VT though, under the heading 'Pdf info => subheading Commonly Abused Properties,
that this pdf contains 1 JavaScript Block(s).

Many people think that pdf files are safe and thus, don't run a check on them.

However, VT marks JavaScript Blocks as...

"Malicious pdf documents often contain JavaScript to exploit JavaScript vulnerabilities and/or to execute heap sprays".

I'm not suggesting this is the case here but - and no offense intended - as you just joined the forum in the past few days,
I will pass on this share, all the same.

I'm also posting this to let people know that pdf's shared here, in general, aren't to be assumed as being safe.

I tried it and most of what you stated not available on Twilio. So make it more clear or is crap.
