I am looking for someone who can market this software or someone who might be interested in taking the resale rights to this tool.

one thing you might want to consider is going to click funnels directly and asking them if they want to buy it out..... whether it's to incorporate it with the service or prevent funnel stealing or both.....

edit: or instead of selling the right to it, you can try to jv with them. they obviously have a huge mailing list of buyers in this niche which makes it easier for their customers to build funnels on their platform. there might be some wiggle room to think outside the box here to find a way to work with them. if the software is complete and no bugs etc, the software could be worth A LOT to them.

in any case, any reseller can do really well with this with facebook ads and targeting facebook pages who promote click funnels and getting that audience from multiple pages. it's a really good opportunity for the right person.....
