If seller is from China then they have restrictions. But Aliexpress have sellers from all over world there is no such issues with others but yeah there is some delay in delivery sadly.

A question I have is concerning mobile apps...... Above chart shows android and windows included in the ultimate store.
However when I click the giant "Order Now" button, i am taken to an order page where the mobile apps (android and windows phone) are $50 each or both for $89.

Are they included with the ultimate package.......or not?
