It smells an awful lot like Russell Brunson's - Funnel Hacker's Cookbook,
is what's he's really cooking! Hence the feeling that you've seen it
somewhere else.
If you look at the favicon at the page, it's the clickfunnels logo.
I would even dare to say that his sales page is an actual clickfunnel!
