Don't get me wrong, I know many do it and it's a great way to make some sales but is it really worth degrading the quality of the community? That's up to the marketer to decide
Doesn't matter whether it is "garbage" filling that forum or any other.
Sellers will make a quick buck wherever there is one to be made - whether you approve of it or not.
This game and most others about making money are about being opportunists and seizing the quick, elusive openings that appear - then taking massive action.
How many times have you heard that?
No saying is truer than that one about making money!
Doesn't have f*cking thing to do with what you or I think.
As noble as you think you may be, people having been doing this in every business on Earth - online and offline - as far back as recorded history goes.
And people will buy "garbage" as refuse, trash, rubbish, waste - choose a term that suits you. It will always sell as long as you can re-label, re-purpose, re-state, add an attitude, choose a different color, name, etc.
This isn't about nobility, originality or having religion!
It is about making money and that is a category and religion all by itself!
How do you think people have gotten so "fat" re-writing exactly the same cookbooks, selling EXACTLY the same YouTube marketing c.rap, books about copywriting, and sales books - ALL under what are only different labels and slightly re-worded?
Often, with products that are mere shameful shadows of the originals.
As a professional copywriter, why do you think I use many of the tactics and strategies NO ONE has been able to improve upon in 100-years or longer - often in their exact form?!
"degrading the quality of the community?"
Surely, you jest - you cannot possibly be THAT naive!
If so, I see being (and staying) broke as an absolute certainty in your future.
You probably know what I'm talking about: Those people that can't backup their payment claims and disappear whenever several warriors start questioning suspicions. These people ruin their own reputation sometimes.
I don't disagree with you and you have to market however you need to market (regardless of the claim) and I'm not dogging anyone who writes another "Amazon affiliate marketer empire" wso.
I'm just saying that It's a shame Quality isn't a top concern with making WSO's instead of throwing them together. There's being smart and taking action, but there's also being smarter and making sure you release a quality product for the sake of your reputation.
But what do I know, the guy who released this content in this thread obviously has gotten to a millionaire status from it. Maybe I've got a lot to learn.
