If you screw up then you will get a lot of bad reputation in your business area.
You need to understand their terminology and speak their language!!
Money can be made as long as you learn the business and work hard in keeping both sides happy with the deal!!

There was a very very similar course on this forum some time ago. (It is not new in the least)
He has just ripped it and created videos based around it.
Horrible video`s to listen to (I went right through them) he could have described this in a 10 page pdf.
He could have spent more time describing the interactions between buyers and sellers.
