I have been following your journey thread. I noticed that you used your own money to purchase products and have collected all payments in your PP.

Is it that we need to have additional $2k to $3k to fulfill orders as PP could place hold on received payments or ask customers to confirm the receipt of shipment until they receive it before releasing the funds to us ?

This coaching isn't gonna be heavy on advertising and getting traffic, it will be more about getting genuine leads and convert them into customers.

But to answer your question, when we do marketing we may take about 10%-20% of our profit margin, which should not be a concern if we're taking about 30%-40% profit margin from our sales.

Having additional funds is recommended, but not necessarily the only way to go.

My concern with PayPal is the possibility of you or me violating their Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), many cases of suspended PayPal accounts due to AUP violation with thousands of dollars not being returned, even after 180 days of account hold...

And we don't want that happen in the middle of business going good...

Just because at one point we break their AUP... cause it's clearly said that they don't care about dropshipping at all when they mention that all seller cannot sell products they don't own... in their AUP...

We can surely adjust with regards to how many orders we can fulfill at first, then grow the sales from there, and after our cash flow is healthy then we can start taking some of our earnings, either to pay ourselves or to reinvest back into the business (marketing, purchase orders, etc)...

That's my two cents

Looks really promising. As I understand, you have employed various paid marketing strategies. So how much capital is necessary to reach a resonable ..say $100 profit days, in your methods. A certain figure helps understand the total cost of the coaching plus other capitals including softwares.

I know it’s possible with dropshipping, my question is...

1. Will you add some kind of warranty of end result of this coaching experience...? I am sure a lot of people will be more intrigued then

2. How many hours a day do you work on your journey?

3. And what makes your blueprint that differs from others?

During coaching,

I’ll be providing

- niche/products recommendations
- contacts
- software I use (I use multi site license to setup my stores, so you can just hop in)

You’ll be introduced to people that I worked with in the past and I am still working with.

My suppliers
My promoters
My ad guys (they run your ads and you don’t even need to pay first, no commission until you get reasonable profit)

Only way I can be sure that you can replicate what I do.

Your additional cost should be 0, it’s already included from coaching fee

Cost for promotions/marketing strategies usually lower than my profit margin, so as long as you’re willing to cut share in exchange of some promotional boost, that should be fine

Hi, thanks for your interest,

1. It’s hard to add promises, but early before we start we will have a reasonable goal to accomplish, what to expect, and responsibility to reach that goal is shared between the two of us. And that’s as far I will go.

2. It’s hard to tell, it’s like a full time job for first few days, and gradually become relaxing as you progress, just a lot of monitoring and decision-making. I can manage 3 stores at once, at the end I flip them, usually within 1, 2 months

3. I know what to do, even if I don’t, I know when to pivot so we don’t waste too much time and effort working on products that may not work. I know when to scale and at which stage my store is, my 7-day productive plan is highly efficient and flexible, suitable for long term plans
