If so, what plugin do you use to transfer?
The main concern I have is the duplicate content, which makes them difficult to rank.
I did some searches on the content from your sites, and each time there were 5-10+ other sites with the exact same content.
What methods do you suggest for making one of these sites more unique?

Yes, they are build with wordpress.
I use backupbuddy. Truly, you get the backup file so you can install on unlimited domains.
The posts you see on sites now are just demo contents.
You can delete all by using WP Bulk Delete plugins.
Then there is a plugin that get content from feed from another famous magazine, blog.
They are already set up to plug and play.
There are an option to respin the content if you need unique content.
