I don't understand why it takes so long to activate software.
I'm over 48 hours and still nothing. Six hours ago they said it would be a few hours longer but they have been offline for hours already so . . . I'm thinking not today?
Did I get ripped off? I'm not sure. It does happen and it could be happening now.
One of the most positive reviews came from a noob and I now I feel like a boob.
Has anyone on this thread actually received what they paid for? Not free account but after upgrade.
These guys seem legit and have decent service. If they activate me, I'll update this post with a review.
Either way, I'll be back.

If you think it's a scam or you can't be patient you can ask for your refund ( business activation takes sometime )

no worry you will get your account fully working.
as we said, these days we have to deal with many other customers, we have released huge update recently and it comes with more support then it takes us more time to manage.

btw, this thread has like 15 pages sp far so I thing people got their account activated :D
otherwise, you would see lot of comments saying that they don t get their account activated but its not the xase.

Please Be advised that Before scraping anything group and page you have to consider some points.
1 : We have Two different types of Services for Group Scraping , ( Group Version 4 - Scraping a private group ) ( Group Version 5 - Scraping public group ) Private group need to be joined first so you can scrape it without member you can't scrape that group in version 4 it will show you the error Keep in mind you can't scrape Public group with a Version 4 ( Which works for private groups ) you have to use the correct service for public group or for private group.
2 : There is no bugs in the application but sometime new customer use newly facebook account which doesn't fits our system API so we will recommend you to go with your personal account most of the customer are using there personal account on X2Emails and they never face any issues with there facebook account.
3 : Fanpage is a different service so you may wait couple of minutes to start with a scraping means when you put the UID for scraping it will take sometime to start minimum 5 to 6 minutes if it's not working for you go with a live chat support.

You won't receive any licence as we upgraded your account manually. Licence is when you buy Pro from our main Website.
We are working hard these days to release new version of FbSendy. It will be SaaS now instead od standalone software. Its gonna be more easier to be up to date for all users.
