Anyone can register with that link but it's only for instructions on how to use the software, not to the actual software. They distinctly say that you 'should wait for the log in and password sent from themselves sent to the sign up email with warrior plus' and only after this step will you get access to anything usable i.e. the software.

Follow the guide to access equinox software

Step 1:
Register => https://www.maceverified.com/membership-area34229865
(do the register trick)
Step 2: Click Xmas Super Bundle, Click "Access Equinox Here" button
Step 3: Fill out the text fields (use your dummy name and email),then Click the "GET FREE ACCESS" button
Step 4: On the next page scroll down to the bottom of the page, click "No thanks ..."
Step 5: On the next page click "Naw, I'll Pass .." button
Step 6: On the next page scroll down to the bottom of the page, click "No thanks ..." again
Step 7: On the next page click "Naw, I'll Pass .." button again
Step 8: Repeat the steps 4 to 5 until you get to your Warrior page account (if you don't have one use your dummy details to register so you can access your purchase later)

Step 9: On the next page, Click the "Access your Purchase" green button under the
Thank You For Your Purchase

Step 10: On the Equinox Fe Members Area-membership page create your account (if you already did click login link the sign in into your account)
Step 11: Click the Using the Software tab, click software tutorial, click "click to access the "Equinox" software" button
Step 12: Click the "Reset password" link (you can reset your password now since the warrior plus account email you've use is linked with the account on the equinox software)
Step 13: Just click the link on your dummy email how to reset your password
Step 14: Sign in again using your dummy email and your new password
