It's already available, I currently have 2 plugins helping me controlling invalid click. I can limit clicks per user.
For Example if I did click limit max 2 that means every user who clicked 2 times will be banned for hours ( i control hours of the ban as well) By saying ban I mean ads won't appear to them during the ban time.
