Really don"t want to rain on anyone's parade, but Google Bob Diamond and the reviews of his teachings(Courses) before you go forward with this opportunity. There are many roadblocks and state laws that have caused headaches for others (myself included) who attempted to make this work. Many have tried this, some have gotten sued by state Attorney Generals, and lost. Because of so many have tried this technique, many states have enacted laws to prevent success as a "finder". Open to hearing from anyone who has had success with this opportunity.
