This is Swagger mag, one of the coolest review and/or mag themes. The theme can be used for a review site, a mag/blog site, or mix-and-max (a little bit of both).
Among others the theme offers:
-4 ways to rate (numbers, percentages, letters, stars)
-60+ review options for each review type
-Unlimited Mini-Sites
-80+ shortcodes
-11 custom widget panels (plus all of your review type unique widget panels)

-3 drop-down custom menus, each styled 3 levels deep

The .rar contains the theme, PSD's, demo content, and documentation.
I have removed some very large background images the theme offered as extra because they were almost 80 MB in size (I think nobody would use a 5MB image as a site background). You still get a ton of backgrounds anyway.
