A: We give you the business that gives simple service (no coaching, no reprogram, restructure customer's business). So the process will be simple.
You can handle it yourself. It takes 15 minutes per day to take orders, hand them to service providers and then send the reports to customers. Obviously, high-value service need more attention. But overall, most of them are simple.
I'd like to see what the book is about.
