Since the mirror links seem to keep dying, I will try to point you to two sources where you can download the book and not have to bother with dead links --- at least for a little while longer. I found the book in an open directory (using Filechef.com) in PDF format and the first thing I noticed was that the e-book I downloaded from a link above had 339 pages; whereas the one I got from the open directory had 393 pages.

I suggest you download from two sources and compare the books. I didn't take the time to look through the entire book but it's crazy that some 54 pages seem unaccounted for depending on where you get it from.

The other link I'm sharing is to a public e-book library-type site that hosts thousands of e-books. The link to the site below goes to the books with authors whose surname or book title begins with the letter [S] ... as in Suby. To find the download link easily on the page, do a Ctrl + F on the keyboard and type: Suby. The book will be highlighted so you can click the link and download it.

Lastly, I also packaged up 3 formats and provided a Solidfiles link, so whether you need this e-book in epub, PDF or Amazon Kindle format, you should find it below --- while the link lasts.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The e-book I first downloaded from post #18 has 339 pages but there are 393 pages in the e-books I found in a search.

So, if you like, try downloading from two sources and compare because I don't know which pages are missing from one source versus the other.
