You can easily convert your money to your preferred payment method. There are lots of legitimate currency conversion sites available. I also use those. And if you need support about that you can always knock me. It's a basic thing!
There are no problem for payoneer account and paypal account names are different, if you do not add payo bank to the paypal. Otherwise both should be same.
