Does anyone know any WP plugins, or any way to mimic TruthFinder's stall tactics?

For example when you go to TruthFinder.com you'll see the the useless gif's, and "I agree" checkboxes that make you feel like they're actually searching for stuff.

I know a form builder can do the checkboxes, but what about the gifs, that reload to another gif saying searching, etc.
