Way to do it would be to come up with a price for, say, the first 6 months and promise 6 months of delivery, then contact buyers at the 6 month mark to see how many want to continue.
After 6 months you should be able to assess the value.
And you can sell the 1st 6 months worth of content as the GB -- even to latecomers.
That's how I'd do it anyway -- I wouldn't ask GB buyers to pay monthly. That has 'fail' written all over it.
