i recently bought convertri with other seller here.aparantly without even using it, within first 10 days, it says my account has expired.
This is pain in ass as seller is very slow on communication and i dont want to wait any longer so i am looking to move.
My 4 questions.
1. How soon the product will be delivered
2. How the support is handled?
3. are any of your accounts are expired for current customers?
4. is importer feature available?

I really need Page Importer and Export HTML features. Can we use it as a team members? Or we need to ask to you all the time we want to use? I need to clarify this first before decided (as other vendor i use last year not so helpful).

Anybody tried this? The other convertri seller accounts are getting shut down. I'm interested but do not want pay and get my account shut down after two weeks.
