This does not in the least resemble a Chrome Extension !!
It looks more like a WP addon.
Please tell us where you dug this up ??

If it is as you posted - then how can anyone use it ??

Works perfectly

These are instructions from a previous version

01. Unzip the file
02. Activate "Developer mode" in "Extensions" from Chrome Browser
03. Click on "Load unpacked extension..."
04. Select the folder resulted from unzip
05. Go to "www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers/zgbs"
06. Click on the icon of "JS" in the upper right corner

Looks like the extension alone has some rather severe limitations according to what they say here:

And of course they want to sell everyone as much as possible, so their FAQ says:

No problem with Win10 and Avast Premium. Maybe it's your A/V or something else.
