- Does your guide also includes teaching how to create VCC, where to get free VPS and SMS for account verification?
- Approximate cost per Adwords threshold account (sms for verification, vps, vcc etc)
- If I can run multiple accounts at once for a same domain, will it trigger a ban?
- Do I need a VPS to create the Adwords account, Gmail?
- Can I use the Adwords accounts (sequentially) for a same domaine (after one Adwords hits the threshold)?
- Do I need to pay for the future upgrade of this guide?
