If you have a working bin or vcc you can sign up for 30 days and perhaps unlimited trials.
I clearly mentioned free trial.

So, for a $34 authorization on either credit card
or Paypal, I can use the cloud-based software for
30 days and then cancel. Sounds good to me. I
can make 1,000 videos in that time period with
their other software.

I think the FE is lifetime but the features are very limited.
Better to go for other options.
