Blissful! WOW, doesn't that sound like it is just laid back and do nothing but bask in the sun? Well, unless someone else is managing it for you. it is far from BLISSFUL! BEEN THERE DONE THAT and it SUCKS! Good investment though, especially if you can hire a manager.
