@shermanbir: Thank you for the head's up. It was your post that sent me to the working download. Max reps to you, too --- but I believe you meant to say the working link is at post #41... not #21 (that's a re-up request).
@All: And yes, megpite's Mega link in post #41 is working after all this time. I just grabbed the download.
If you're having any issue with using the Mega link provided, here's how to get the download:
1 - Copy/paste the FIRST PART of the link shown in the post and proceed to the Mega website as usual. You will then get a screen asking for the decryption code/key;
2 - Copy/past the SECOND PART of the link shown in the post into the decryption code input field on Mega and hit the ENTER key. That will get you to the download.
I know that most of us here know how to use Mega links that are shown in two parts but there will always be newbies among us, so I'm looking out for them.
So, here is an image of the folder, opened on my desktop to show that I now have this collection:

I am happy to see that some members tried to keep this share alive with their mirrors over the years. BBHF can use a lot more people like these.
