I'm sharing Feast, a great wordpress theme with a matching facebook page. The theme includes among other things:
-Integrated Bookings with calendar, special requests, auto messages, and e-mail reminders.
-Events with countdown.
-A matching facebook page, with it's own panel in admin area, and easy creation (drag and drop widget area).
-Full documentation with videos including videos for the facebook page creation.
