This is MacOs and there is no. Like on win.
Also no Regedit or something like this ;)
But you must be carefull.. not to open any Email-Attachement. I have heard.
For me, there is no virus/malware since I use MacOs.
Have ONE of you EVER had any????
I had only virus when I downloaded win software with mac, then Avira complained, thats all.
I own both PC and Mac. I can assure you that a Mac can get infected with a virus just as easily as a PC.
A report by Malwarebytes in March 2018 revealed that Mac malware grew by 270 percent in 2017. The same company reported that it had already seen an increase in Mac malware in 2019, with 16 million instances recorded in April - which is four times more than the previous record.
And according to network-security firm WatchGuard Technologies, Mac Malware took two spots in the run down of the ten most popular attacks in the first quarter of 2019.
Despite Apple's best efforts, Mac malware does exist...
The Mac operating system is Unix-based, and Unix offers a number of built-in security features, however that doesn't mean that the Mac is invulnerable to infection...
