Good catch. He's using the Indian numbering system (which has a different comma placement for large numbers) while he shows the earnings in US dollars.

In INDIA we use that style Numbering and comma for numbers... We dont use US metrics of 3 decimal comma system...

For example:
US Metric System: $100,000,000
India Metric System: $10,00,00,000

But I am not sure, did he fake it... That's a different matter.
