This app doesnt come with .htaccess file, could some provide me the code for mod rewrite rules for this app.

All the links above contain the same content. It is 4 videos and some PDF's. So whether you use the first or the last links by quasso, it is all the same.
Unfortunately, there are more videos that go with this course, as he mentions next video to actually make money. Although the first 4 still provide some new interesting information.
